I was born in Hamilton, Ohio in 1954. We moved to Ontario, California in 1956 where I was raised as a child and attended church until 1968 when we moved back to Hamilton. I quit church and lived in the world. April 18, 1980, I married my friend of 5 years, Kimberly Kay Harris. Something was missing in my life and I found it in October 1989. I accepted Jesus as my personal Savior in a Baptist Church. In 1995, we began a mission which soon became the Highland Avenue Baptist Church. I taught Sunday School, was a Trustee and Treasurer. I began to study with a dear friend who was Pastor at the time, Pastor Bob Ward. He taught me to rightly divide the Word and taught me the Fundamental Truths. Pastor Bob Ward took sick with cancer in May of 2000 and requested that I fill in for him. Pastor Bob Ward went home to be with the Lord April of 2001. The Church Licensed me in April, the State of Ohio Licensed me in May, 2001 and the Church Voted me Pastor of the church June 3, 2001. I dedicate my studies and teaching to the Lord Jesus Christ and vow to preach God's Holy Word.
